Each pair begins as a thin strip of jeweller brass, electroplated with 18k gold to a depth that ensures longevity. The surface is worked with a ball-peen hammer in our Melbourne studio — a technique borrowed from traditional goldsmithing — to create a hand-faceted texture that catches light from every angle. Unlike machine-stamped hoops, no two pairs carry an identical pattern, making each a singular object.
